I got the idea to do a secret santa from Peeh-San and pochiiku c: (I hope you don't mind ;o; )
What is Secret Santa?
Secret Santa is when everyone who wants to
participate gets paired up by the host (in secret) with another person. Say you got ____ .
You would have to make something for that person, and that person would get ____ (someone else) and
they would have to draw for them!
This way, everyone gets a gift!
You don't find out who got you until Christmas. c:
If you would like to join, please create a journal to let your Secret Santa know what you would like them to draw for you! c:
Like, for example:
Dear Secret Santa,
I would like you to draw my character ____ for me!
Her/his favorite ____(food? things? color?) is ____ , ____ , ___ and ____ .
Or, you could also list off some things you like so they have more options. You can ask for pretty much anything, but remember, maybe not everyone will be able to draw what you requested, so you should give them a few options. c:
To join this event,
please create your journal and also comment what you cannot draw, so I can try to pair you up with someone who wants a drawing of something you are capable of making!
-RULES-
1. You aren't allowed to trace other people's art, but bases are allowed.
2. Please do not complain if you are paired with someone that you do not want to be paired with.
3. You aren't allowed to tell the person you got that you got them, keep it a secret. It would ruin the surprise!
4. Don't upload your Secret Santa drawing until Christmas. If you can''t be online on Christmas then January 1st is fine.
5. You can share who you got with a friend if you need help with present ideas or something, but please make sure they don't tell the person you are paired with!
6. Anyone can join! I will stop accepting people on December 22nd. On the 22nd
I will note everyone who they are paired with!
7. If you didn't get your gift after January 1st, please note me and we'll figure something out!
8. Please don't sign up if you won't be able to get your drawing in on time!
9. If you didn't get enough time to finish your gift and it is past January 1st, note me and I will give you some extra time.
